Liquid Eyeliner

Our ophthalmologist-tested eyeliner is designed with a flexible felt tip for easy, precise application. The high-impact, satin-finish black liner creates defined lines that last up to 8 hours. This vegan formula is clinically tested to leave no flaking, budging, or smudging and is dermatologist-tested.
How To Use:
Apply along upper lash line. Use the tip of the pen to create a thin line. For a thick line, position pen at an angle and apply slightly more pressure.
